Annette Funicello is an American performer and actress. She was most well-known as one of the Mickey Mouse Club's "Mouseketeers". In her teens Annette began singing and was famous for the songs 'Tall Paul and Pineapple Princess'. Annette was born in Utica to Italian parents. When she was a kid, she displayed a great deal of timidity. To make her name in the world of entertainment, she began to dance and play. Being a "Mouseketeer" in Disney's sketches, Annette gained considerable fame during the 1950s. In her later years, Annette shredded her 'Disney persona, and appeared in a number of adult roles.
